As a COR Certified General Contractor, we specialize in commercial, agricultural, and industrial projects.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Project Manager to join our team in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.Manage the estimating and tendering process, including bid preparation, evaluation, and contractor selection.Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, drawings, and change orders.Manage stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Review and approve progress invoices, manage payments, update cash flow requirements, and oversee holdback releases.Attend site meetings and provide project updates.Perform other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Post secondary education including Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and industry standards.Experience with computer skills included Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
