Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.10 years experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. 5 years experience implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in clinical environments. 5 years experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts or Altera suite of products in clinical environments. 3 years experience implementing Computerized Provider Order Entry solutions in a healthcare environment.
