Are you a skilled and driven Client Development Project Manager? Aplin has partnered with a growing Ottawa-based organization that's looking to expand their team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Were seeking a Client Development Project Managerto lead complex environmental projects while playing a key role in business development. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded professional whos looking to grow into a leadership role within the Environmental Services Division. Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of environmental assessment and remediation projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with government clientsLead proposal development and pursuit strategiesDrive revenue growth through proactive business development (~50% of the role)Provide technical oversight and mentorship to project teamsEnsure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder communicationTravel to remote northern project sites (especially during summer months)Background & Experience:Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Earth or Environmental Sciences, or EstimatingIn-depth knowledge of environmental remediation and federal procurement processesExperience working with or within Indigenous communities is a strong assetTechnical & Soft Skills:Proven business development skills with a track record of turning leads into projectsStrong communication and project management abilitiesComfortable leading field programs and managing remote logisticsDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
