If youre a committed team player, we would love to have you as part of our team.About the Role:Reporting into the Director, Continuous Improvement and PMO., the Industrial Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing industrial projects from start to finish. By managing strategic projects/portfolios, the Industrial Project Manager (PM) plays an integral role within Maple Lodge Farms (MLFs) continuous improvement department (COOP). The PM will apply proven skills to manage cross-functional teams in predictive, agile and hybrid project frameworks and must be proficient at conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, managing and motivating teams, utilizing traditional waterfall and scrum frameworks, identifying project requirements/stories, schedule development, procurement, meeting quality, risk management, and change management, to ensure product/project success.What's in it for you?Health benefits and pension planWeekly payOnsite CafeteriaDiscount at our Chicken ShopOpportunities for career advancementA culture that values humility, a respect for family and hard workWhat you will be doing:Manage brownfield and greenfield construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.Oversee project estimating, budgeting, and cost control.Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements.Determine necessary resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and manage them efficiently.Obtain necessary permits and licenses. Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.What you will bring:A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in brownfield industrial project management.PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is required.Experience in leading projects that require initiative and the ability to influence change in a positive way.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to make quick decisions in high-stakes situations.Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.Maple Lodge Farms was established in 1955.
