Location: MississaugaDepartment: ITPosition reports to: Director of IT, North AmericaStatus: Fixed term Contract- 12 MonthsAvailability: ImmediateSalary: Competitive compensation pkg offeredPosition function: Reporting to the Director of IT for Caldic North America, the Change Management Lead will play a critical role in the Master Data Harmonization project which is a workstream in a broader ERP Migration program. The successful candidate will lead development and execution of change management strategies and practices. This role will be pivotal in driving user adoption, building stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth transition to the new target data model and processes. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive change and training plans that enable business readiness and foster long-term sustainability of the change. Scope: The role will architect and execute the change management strategy for the Data Harmonization, with a primary focus on managing organizational change, communications, and training efforts. This role will collaborate with the Change Management Lead for the ERP Migration workstream and is responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are adequately prepared for the transition, with an emphasis on effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The resource will develop and implement training programs to equip users with the necessary skills to adopt the target data model and processes, while also addressing any resistance to change. By collaborating closely with leadership and functional teams, this role ensures that the entire organization is aligned and ready for the successful harmonization of master data and implementation of D365 FO. Major tasks and duties: Change Management StrategyDevelop and lead the change management strategy aligned with the ERP program objectives.Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to identify change risks and opportunities.Define and execute plans to mitigate resistance and promote adoption across all levels of the organization. Communication ManagementDesign and implement communication plans that provide clarity, consistency, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.Create engaging content such as newsletters, leadership updates, presentations, and FAQs tailored for different stakeholder groups.Act as the central point of contact for change-related communication and queries.Training Strategy & ExecutionLead the development of a role-based training strategy to ensure users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work with the harmonized master data in the new ERP.Oversee the creation and delivery of training materials (e.g., guides, e-learning, live sessions).Monitor training effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and adoption metrics.Stakeholder EngagementBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders, change agents, and business leaders to champion the transformation.Facilitate workshops and forums to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.Promote a culture of openness and learning throughout the transition..Post-Implementation SupportMonitor adoption metrics and provide ongoing support to address resistance or challenges.Develop and execute strategies to sustain change and embed new processes into daily operations.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in change management, ideally in ERP or large-scale digital transformations.Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).Proven expertise in managing communications and training programs for large-scale initiatives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.Experience of managing change with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or similar ERP systems is a must.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are considered an asset.About usAt Caldic we value our team spirit, built on strong relationships and open communication.
