The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to travel frequently and be outside of their home city or province for multiple weeks at a time. One will be based in BC and the other in Ontario.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee new store openings and store audits.Take responsibility for training new franchisees and their teams.Develop and perform training programs for staff.Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region.Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory.Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings.Conduct store audits and store visitations, correct deficiencies noted.Participate and be on site during the full process for new restaurant openings and re-sale transfers.Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to 3 weeks at a time.Qualifications & SkillsDemonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territoryMust have a valid G license and reliable access to a carExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in multi-unit management is preferredExposure to franchising operations is preferredPost-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, is preferredStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask effectively in high-pressure situationsCan do attitude with exceptional relationship building skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary up to $85,000 with employer-paid benefits (dental, vision, medical).Reimbursement for travel costsOpportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly expanding brand.A supportive and collaborative team culture.Credit to spend on delicious food and beverages at BarBurrito.
