MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY WORK IN CANADA AND VISIT THE RESORT THIS WEEKA well-established resort is seeking the talents of a Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant/resort/ hotel operationCandidates should have a solid culinary management background and have worked in a quality resort/hotel/restaurants in their career.Requirements:Minimum of 3 -5 years experience as an Sous Chef in a quality hotel/resort/restaurantsAbility to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence and accurately perform all essential job functionsFive-star resort and restaurant operations experience is preferredquality food and beverage experienceThe salary would be around $60,000 and will offer suitable studio style accommodation and excellent benefits.
