Our Property Management client based in Richmond are looking to add an enthusiastic, seasoned Commercial Property Manager to their team! Benefits & PerksAnnual salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annumDiscretionary annual bonus3 weeks vacationFull extended medical and dental benefitsResponsibilitiesSuccessfully managing the operations of their commercial and industrial properties.Preserving or raising the value of their real estate assets.Building and sustaining strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders and contractors.Working collaboratively with management and senior management on ideas and strategies to grow the business.Coordinating and overseeing all building maintenance aspects and dealing with tenant issues and after-hours calls.Assisting tenants with move in/move out deficiencies.Conducting regular property inspections and implementing solutions as required.Coordinating contracts with service providers and evaluating performanceTroubleshooting and responding to facilities after-hours emergencies.Invoicing and collecting payment/rent from tenants.Working with the maintenance team to ensure common areas of all properties are maintained in a neat and professional looking manner.Qualifications3+ years experience as a Commercial Property ManagerExperiencemanaging Industrial is an assetHappy to work in the office 5 days perweekDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
