Contract: 04/21/2025- 04/30/2026Key Responsibilities1. Manage Parts Data (in HXGN EAM):Keep the parts database accurate and organized.Add, update, or remove parts as needed, using proper naming and codes.Make sure all parts have the correct details, specs, and documents.2. Set Up and Maintain Inventory Locations:Create and manage storage locations (called 'stores') in the HXGN EAM system.Set up bins and stock levels based on what the business needs.Keep stores organized for easy access to inventory.3. Check for Data Accuracy:Regularly review data in the system to catch and fix errors (like duplicates or missing info).Help keep high data quality by following company standards.Make sure records are always accurate and complete.4. Inventory Monitoring and Improvement:Keep an eye on stock levels to avoid both shortages and overstocking.Help predict future inventory needs and set the right reorder points.Look for ways to make inventory management more efficient.5. Reports and Process Documentation:Create reports on inventory levels, part usage, and stock changes.Share insights from audits and suggest improvements.Keep process documents up to date for how inventory and parts are managed in the system.6. Teamwork and Compliance:Work with teams like procurement, maintenance, and operations to make sure data fits company needs.Follow company and industry rules for inventory and asset tracking.Help train team members to use the HXGN EAM system properly.Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree in a related field (Math, Economics, IT, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.Strong experience using ERP or EAM systems (experience in a maintenance setting is a plus).Good with data tools and analytics is preferred.Great communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.Experience in technical/operations roles, especially in transportation, is a bonus.Knowledge of data quality checks and inventory management best practices.Thanks in advance to all the applicants!
