Join us in our journey to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.THE JOBWe are currently looking for someone who is highly skilled in working with Contracts and RFPs who's looking to make an impact as part of a growing, award-winning organization.Assessment Sales at MHS means working across multiple product pillars to coordinate and monitor the progress of a variety of sales functions to closure, connecting with contracts, legal, and other internal stakeholders. You are a self-starter with exceptional organizational and project management skills.WHAT YOULL DO Seeks out opportunities for new bids. Reviews Bids and RFPs, makes recommendations to sales reps for review. Manages contract process by passing approved bids to Contracts, works with Contracts, Compliance and EAC/AC if needed to support sales end deliverables. Requests extensions as needed and ensures bids are delivered on time. Vendor management (application, renewal and upkeep of references, portals, deadlines, logins & passwords, etc.) Supports out of office (conference/client travel, training, and vacations) for EAC/AC Supports special projects identified within the group that target revenue growth.WHAT YOU BRINGIdeally you are a self-starter who is highly organized and can deliver against tight timelines. You thrive when working on multiple projects using your analytical skills to deliver results. You are a team player with a positive attitude and humility. Your advanced written and verbal communication skills will be used to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups you bring: Undergraduate degree, or a combination of experience and other credentials Interest in assessment testing and/or mental health Proficiency with required technology (MS Word, Excel, D365, Teams, and other Microsoft productivity tools).
