This is a commission-based contractor role with massive upside. If you're hungry, proactive, and love connecting with small business owners, this is for you.Role Overview: You will be responsible for building our sales pipeline, generating new pharmacy leads, and booking meetings. Youll be supported by our founders and operations team to help close deals. This is a hybrid role focused on outbound outreach, warm referral follow-up, and light growth marketing activities such as post-event follow-ups or referral coordination.Responsibilities:Have a deep understanding of our product and offerings, to answer complex questions on how our software works. Be able to sell with light solution-selling techniques and really understanding customer pain points.Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to pharmacy ownersManage follow-ups with warm leads, referrals, and post-event interestBook meetings and support deal conversion alongside the founders and ops teamTrack and manage leads in our CRMHelp improve outreach materials and referral programsIdentify and suggest new opportunities for sales growth (events, community, partnerships)Meet weekly outreach quotas (e.g., 50 emails, 15 calls, and 5 LinkedIn messages per week)Maintain consistent pipeline activity and report weekly on outreach performanceWho You Are:A self-starter with a strong work ethic and high energyNew grads or junior sales folks are welcome, as well as more mid to senior sales SDRs.Strong problem solving skills and strong product skillsNot afraid of rejection and persistent with follow-upsExcellent at communication (written + verbal)Organized and proactive you love a good follow-up systemExperience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not requiredFamiliarity with startups, healthcare, or logistics is a plusCompensation Structure Commission-Only Role (No Base Salary)1. 100% Commission for Direct Deals: You earn 100% of the first months revenue for every pharmacy you bring in through your own outreach and booking. Anywhere from $300 - $7000.2. 50% Commission for Warm Leads You Help Close: If you help move along a warm lead (from an event, referral, or inbound interest) and support closing, you earn 50% of the first months revenue.3.
