Job Description

This is with one of our Banking client.Shift: The team operates from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Shifts will be 7.5 hours long and will fall within this time frame. Each employee will have two consecutive days off. For example, you might work Tuesday to Saturday and have Sunday and Monday off.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls that do not require a licensed representativeProvide high-quality customer service and resolve basic customer issues (e.g., password resets; approx. five types of common inquiries)Refer complex inquiries to licensed agentsParticipate in 12 weeks of training, including classroom-style learning and live call handling with the support of dedicated coachesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills, especially in handling inbound telephone inquiriesHighly organized, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual in French and EnglishExperience in financial services, banking, insurance, mortgage, or a related industryFamiliarity with Salesforce (training provided; French-speaking candidates highly preferred)About Us: Collabera is a leading Digital Solutions company providing software engineering solutions to the worlds most tech-forward organizations.
