You excel at driving results, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.ResponsibilitiesEngage with inbound leadsno cold calling, only pre-qualified potential customers.Convert conversations into bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.Independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure smooth customer interactions.Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.This is a full-time job, 40 hours/week. We are looking to fill hours between 12pm and 9pm/12pm, depending on the project EST. You would work an 8-hour shift between these times.QualificationsFluent in Englishadvanced or bilingual level required.Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends (depending on project needs).Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-sufficient problem solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions effectively.What we offer Competitive weekly commissions ($640-$800+ OTE).
