This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build a foundation in account management in the IT consulting space.Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: We prefer the candidate to be based in GTA and work from office (corporate/ client) 4 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Assist senior account managers in maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.Participate in client meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.Learn about client business goals and help identify how our services can support them.Strategic Consultation:Collaborate with clients to define their technology strategy and roadmap.Support the creation of client briefs, presentations, and reports.Stay informed on industry trends and assist in preparing insights and recommendations for clients.Help track client KPIs and service delivery metrics.Work with clients to identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.Project Management:Collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Act as a point of contact for internal queries related to assigned accounts.Act as a liaison between the client and our internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving any issues.Sales Enablement & Growth Support:Identify potential upsell/ cross-sell leads during client interactions and share with sales leaders.Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client case studies.Support sales and marketing campaigns targeting existing clients.Market Research & Intelligence:Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.Share market insights and thought leadership with clients to help them make informed decisions.Support the account leaders with insights to aid in strategy development.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred) or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.Internship or project experience in customer service, sales, or consulting considered an asset.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsStrong organization and time management skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detailIntermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.Valid Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel as required.Final candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
