Specializing in digital printing, packaging, and commercial offset, they are currently seeking a Bindery operator to join their team.Position Overview:The Bindery Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various finishing equipment, such as guillotine cutters, folders, stitchers, and booklet makers, under the direction of the Plant Supervisor. This role includes making necessary adjustments and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:Operate bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, drills, and laminatorsRead and follow job tickets and finishing instructions accuratelyInspect finished products for quality and accuracySet up machines for various jobs and adjust settings as neededPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipmentWork closely with press and production teams to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualifications:2+ years of bindery or finishing experience in a commercial print environment preferredFamiliarity with machines such as Stahl folders, Horizon binders, Polar cutters, or equivalentStrong attention to detail and qualityTeam player with good communication skillsPerks and Benefits:Competitive Hourly wageComprehensive paid vacation benefits.Free parking facilities.Growth opportunities within the organizationDuration: (Days)Full-time : (Permanent)How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter detailing their relevant experience and availability.
