THE ROLEThe Private Client Solutions (PCS) Account Manager is responsible for overall servicing and support of a group of high-net-worth clients. These clientele may be principals of Lloyd Sadd commercial accounts or have prominent business and community affiliation. The PCS Account Executive will work alongside commercial producers to generate referrals and grow the PCS book of business with a focus on retention of both personal and commercial accounts.WHAT YOULL DODelivering best in class additional services to clients. Additional services would be defined as those above and beyond normal transactional services provided to personal lines clients;Participation in growth initiatives on behalf of the PCS department;Liaise with company underwriters to negotiate best terms for PCS clients when required;Ensure that strong, long-term customer relationships are created by providing value added services;Maintain a current knowledge base of insurance products and services with various insurance companies, including regular, non-standard, and high-net-worth markets;Assisting Advisors with Accounts Receivable of existing client base;Working with PCS team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience;Works closely with Advisors on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while adhering to Lloyd Sadds best practices and standard proceduresWork closely with the Account Assistants to ensure timelines are being met and to review accuracy of documentationManage account documentation (i.e., routine inquires, quotes, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.)Review clients current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements when requiredEnsure EPIC workflows are followed including maintaining and updating custom formsEnsure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accountsParticipate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledgeOther duties as requiredWHAT WE REQUIRE2 to 4 years of personal lines experience and EPIC brokerage software preferredExperience in the High Net worth space considered an assetLevel 2 General Insurance license strongly preferredCompleted or working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designationSuperb interpersonal skills and attention to detailAbility to be a self starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skillsAdvanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word
