Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Canadian Payroll Practice line. We are looking for ADP WorkforceNow implementation consultants to join our global team of professionals for upcoming projects in Canada.Responsibilities:Support the client in Dual MaintenanceSupport the client in Data VerificationSupport the client in Payroll go-live and testingDual Maintenance / Data Validation: A big part of the process for dual maintenance and data validation is the training it provides to the client. Although the consultant will be managing the updates, it's important that the consultant is engaging the client in the process to understand how these changes are being managed in their WFN system. It would be important for the consultant to work directly with the client, having the client make the changes so they can be guided through the process.Data Validation & Learning Call: The ADP Payroll Specialist should include the consultant on the Validation & Learning call. This will allow everyone to hear the same information and the consultant to reiterate that dual maintenance is in effect and how they will manage going forward, along with providing training to the client in this area.Project Closure: Before project closure, the consultant should inquire of the ADP PM and client if there are any open items regarding data validation/dual maintenance to be addressed. Once the project is completed, the consultant should send the ADP PM and Client an email identifying that the project is closed out and that their system access should be removed.Duration: These projects are 60-90 hours projects to start with an initial term length of 3-4 months, with the ability to extend.Requirements:ADP WFN Canada experience.Full life cycle ADP WFN implementation experience.Strong Excel experience (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc).Fluent in French ideally.
