About the Role We''re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to support and grow client programs in the building materials and construction trade industry. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be involved in everything from writing social posts and case studies to managing deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Youll work across integrated campaignsspanning media relations, digital, social, and contenthelping ensure projects stay on track and on brand. Were a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of teamand were looking for a strong leader to join us as we continue to grow business with legacy accounts and identify opportunities to secure new clients. What Youll Be Doing Project & Campaign Management Identify issues before they escalate, propose solutions, and keep projects moving Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple client accounts Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated campaigns Ensure all moving partsfrom strategy to executionare running smoothly Manage and mentor junior team members Content & Communications Write and edit content for social media, websites, internal briefs, and technical materials Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging communications for trade and consumer audiences Client Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, owning day-to-day communication with clientsmanaging requests, timelines, and expectations Lead client strategy discussions and proactively identify opportunities to add value Build long-term client relationships based on trust, expertise, and results Budget Support Own the budget creation, tracking, and reconciliation of project budgets Help flag scope changes and support billing accuracy Report on campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations Industry & Media Engagement Foster trade media and influencer relationships relevant to client industries Support earned media and content campaigns targeted to B2B decision-makers Youll Excel If You Have 4+ years of experience in PR, integrated marketing, or communications (preferably in an agency or B2B environment) Proven writing skills across social, web, and technical formats Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailyou know how to keep things moving while juggling multiple priorities Confidence working directly with clients, presenting ideas, solutions and providing feedback A curious, grounded, and team-first mindsetyoure a doer who also thrives on collaboration Interest in building science or technical/trade industries (bonus points if you like learning how things are built!)
