Job Title: SAP Project Manager Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote & Metro Hall, 55 John Street, Toronto) Location: Toronto, ON Project Duration: 6 Months Hours per Day: 7 Hours Extension: Potential for extension based on project needs Job Overview: The SAP Project Manager will support the Project Director in managing key project activities during the SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role focuses on risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, defect management, and maintaining the critical project path. The position will involve close collaboration with various internal and external teams to ensure the project progresses smoothly and on schedule. Mandatory Skills & Experience: Experience in managing enterprise SAP projects with SAP technologies including: SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Procurement, Project Systems, Asset Accounting, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Finance, Controlling, Funds Management, Treasury and Risk Management, Sales and Distribution and SAP Ariba Experience as the project manager of at least 3 SAP endtoend implementations A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in large project/program management with Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with various stakeholders including Project Sponsors, Executive Sponsors, Advisory Committees, Change Ambassadors, External Vendors and SAP support Superior written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels, including business partners, leadership and vendors). Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary team Experience managing projects with legacy system integrations Experience escalating resolution of issues and defects, working with the vendor as necessary (ex. raising incidents with SAP and bringing them to closure) Experience supporting a strong, collaborative team environment Experience leading project closeout activities including lessons learned, with opportunities for improvement presented in a final project closeout report Strong knowledge of test methodologies. Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out. Preferred Skills & Experience: Certification in SAP Activate PM Methodology and/or PMP. Experience managing projects with legacy system integrations. Familiarity with Government jurisdictions and experience in large-scale private sector organizations.
