Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba Hours per day: 7.75 Mandatory Requirements Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification Degree in business or public administration or computer science Education Valid certification in business analysis or project management Skills and Experience 10 years experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. 10 years experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. 5 years experience implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in clinical environments. 5 years experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts or Altera suite of products in clinical environments. 3 years experience implementing Computerized Provider Order Entry solutions in a healthcare environment.
