Job Title Administrative and Processing Support Associate Daily Responsibilities A typical day for this role involves using various applications and tools to verify, validate, and process requests that come through different channels such as emails, forms, and internal applications. The role is a combination of administrative work and processing tasks. Certain work queues and volumes have different SLA (Service Level Agreement) expectations, so the candidate is expected to become comfortable prioritizing tasks accordingly once fully trained. Technology & Tools Used The candidate will be using the following tools and technologies: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Database (Advanced Excel and Access skills are highly beneficial for pulling and manipulating exported reports.) A+ Desktop (web-based applications) Client Source Servicelink & ServicelinkPlus BTS Broadridge System While prior experience with internal systems is not required, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is essential. Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education Post-secondary education (College or University) ideal Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to maintain composure and perform well under pressure Ability to work independently or as part of a team Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education 2 years of job-related experience Advanced experience with Excel and Access Database, including data manipulation Financial knowledge and/or experience in Wealth Management Soft Skills & Core Competencies Teamwork Time management Problem-solving Adaptability Empathy Creativity Communication Attention to detail Organization Computer literacy Data entry and management Confidentiality Analytical skills Critical thinking Excellent work ethic Business etiquette Written and verbal communication is particularly important, as the candidate will regularly engage with different teams, departments, and business partners.
