Youll bring new athletes into the league, show up at open runs and events, and build real-world connections with players. Youll be on the court, on Instagram, and everywhere in between creating the most electrifying sports community in the game all while carving out a seat on the ground floor on one of the hottest brands in basketball. RESPONSIBILITIES Attend open runs, partner leagues, and Brodie nights (5x/week). Bring in 25 new players every week through relationships and outreach. Plan community events, mixers, and local collaborations. Support growth and retention efforts in your city. Be visible, present, and irreplaceable in your basketball scene.
