Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for major transformation initiatives Advise and support leaders on best practices in change leadership and stakeholder engagement Lead change activities across business transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment and adoption Develop and deliver key change deliverables such as impact assessments, communication plans, and readiness assessments Build and support a network of Change Leaders and Champions to enable sustained change Collaborate with internal change professionals to ensure alignment with change management framework Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, organizational development, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of experience as a change management practitioner with strong knowledge of change methodologies and tools CCMP certification or similar designation preferred Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise operating model changes is an asset Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence across all levels Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay Rate: $115-130/hour Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
