As the Field Service Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team responsible for servicing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment across multiple sitesensuring uptime, safety, and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Supervise and support field service technicians performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on heavy industrial equipment Coordinate service schedules, dispatch, and site readiness with internal teams and clients Provide hands-on technical guidance and ensure quality of work meets company and industry standards Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and troubleshoot escalated issues Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment documentation Manage parts inventory, tools, and service vehicle readiness Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to meet client expectations and project timelines Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years of experience in field service or maintenance roles with heavy industrial equipment 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Requirements: Experience with customer relationship management in a service environment Familiarity with service tracking software or field service management tools Strong health & safety awareness and experience enforcing safety protocols Location: Mississauga Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 + travel bonuses If you are interested in learning more about the Field Service Supervisor job opportunity please submit your updated resume to We are recruitment industry leaders committed to quality service, integrity, respect and equal opportunity.
