Your duties will include but are not limited to:Receiving and responding to payroll inquiriesProviding advice on payroll requirements, legislation, processing, and best practicesEscalating complex payroll issues to the Manager as requiresMaintaining updated knowledge of best practices in payroll as well as legislation and standardsReviewing best practices, identifying areas of concern, and advising on process improvementsSupporting various programs and initiatives and ensuring alignment with member needsAssisting with government advocacy effortsCommunicating on various platforms regarding payroll legislation across CanadaManaging multiple projects and deadlines with efficiencyPlanning and facilitating payroll trainingWhat you bring to the jobThis is an amazing opportunity for a professional who enjoys speaking and interacting directly with members and clients, and seeks to utilize their payroll knowledge to help others find solutions for their payroll needs.
