Its solution-focused, no-nonsense, and all about collaboration, integrity, and getting things done.Pay That Reflects Your Value.With a salary range of $160,000 to $190,000, were competitivebut were also open to tailoring benefits, incentives, and other support to align with what drives you.What Youll Be Responsible ForLead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.Oversee engineering design and development for drag chain conveyor systems and related components.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase speed, and align designs with customer needs.Establish and implement core processes, SOPs, and department standards that improve accuracy and efficiency.Own and manage real-time engineering schedules, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation before release to production.Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between engineering output and customer expectations.Implement and manage engineering document control systems, including PDM software.Support new product development initiatives and integrate new tools or technology to keep us ahead of the curve.Oversee engineering safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Support quality assurance by reviewing incoming vendor products and addressing non-conformance issues.What You Bring to the TableBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment.Strong background in mechanical design, steel fabrication, machining, and welding processes.Deep expertise in SolidWorks and other CAD tools.Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and develop people.Experience with ERP systems and engineering document control.Excellent communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.A natural curiosity and drive to make things betterevery single day.If youre an engineering leader who wants more than just a jobif you want to build something that matterswed love to talk.
