Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Support the Controller in financial analysis and reporting.Participate in the budgeting process and support the development of financial forecasts.Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. About You:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.Strong experience in payroll management is essential.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Experience with payroll systems and ERP systems is a plus.Solid understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
