CONTRACT: Technical Lead Implementation of Salesforce Education Solution LOCATION: Toronto , Hybrid model (a mix of home and in-office workdays) DURATION: April - December 31, 2025 Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience Strong experience (7+ years) designing and delivering technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, Education and Marketing Cloud, and integrating Salesforce to external systems Experience with application integration strategies and protocols, including the use of iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft and JitterBit Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce solutions, release and environment management, including data and security model design In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Experience building a strong, collaborative team with a focus on client relationship management Strong communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working with and/or on teams that deliver technology solutions iteratively and incrementally Experience working with scrum and agile methodologies in Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar environment Experience in ERP systems and integrations in higher education is an asset Must-Have Skills: 1. Experience with Salesforce & Education Clou d Proven expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud , including system architecture, configuration, and integration with third-party applications. 2. Technical Leadership in CRM & Admissions Systems Strong background in leading technical teams for enrolment, admissions, or student information systems , ensuring alignment with business goals and IT best practices. 3. API & Integration Expertise Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and real-time data integration between Salesforce and other institutional systems (e.g., SIS, finance, identity management). 4. Agile & DevOps Methodologie s Ability to drive Agile developmen t practices, continuous delivery, and DevOps principles for streamlined system deployment and maintenance. Nice-to-Have: 1. Experience with OCAS & IRCC Compliance Familiarity with OCAS workflows, Provincial Attestation Letters (PAL), and IRCC compliance requirements for international student admissions. 2. Cloud & Automation Knowledge Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CI/CD pipelines. 3.
