Drive your own brand - purchase plans and discounts at our luxury dealerships, the Villa Eyrie Resort, and our world-class Motorsport Circuit And much more Duties and Responsibilities: Promote and maintain excellent customer service and employee satisfaction at all times Forecast and set goals and objectives for the Parts department, striving to meet or exceed them Oversee and manage all Parts department staff, providing leadership and guidance Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for parts and accessories Ensure inventory accuracy through effective tracking and regular audits Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, in line with dealership guidelines Ensure that all purchases are properly accounted for before payment is processed Assist with manufacturer programs and possess a strong knowledge of various warranty programs Provide professional coaching to the Parts team in a positive and constructive manner Ensure that monthly reports and numbers are accurate and submitted by deadlines Qualifications: Previous management experience in a dealership is required Knowledge of CDK an asset Passion for Customer Service Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound business judgment and attention to detail Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
