*Contract until October 2026* Title: Transfer Administration Representative JOB STATEMENT Reporting to the Manager of the Transfers team and working in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Representative will be responsible for the seamless processing of transfers on a daily basis. This highly motivated and energetic candidate, must have a keen eye for detail and a penchant for accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, researching and taking the initiative for resolving issues in a proactive manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring account transfers are initiated, tracked and completed based on defined Service Level Agreements SLA Initiating new manual or ATON transfers in and transfers out Providing administrative support through Dataphile order entry Providing coverage as required during absence and during peak seasons Following up on Delay In Processing & keeping Advisors informed of the status of their transfers Ensuring timely completion of the imaging of documents Daily review of various reports/systems when following up on transfers Adhering to and, oversee shared email inboxes in a timely manner Maintaining the procedures manual and continually reviewing the processes to find opportunities for ongoing improvements Managing the distribution of email and fax requests to various WFM/WSI Operational teams Document verification Sending DCA requests to various Fund Companies Maintaining the Dealer Authorization Signatory list Handling special projects or other assignments as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: 1 2 years similar experience within the investment industry (Preferred) Strong customer focus, service orientation, professional acumen and strong attention to detail Knowledge of customer relationship management tool Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational & listening skills Knowledge of Registered Products, ATON, CDS, Dataphile and FundServ, an asset Knowledge of Transfers, Mutual Funds, GICs etc. Dedicated team player with the ability to take the initiative and be independent Bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and French) are required COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience If you are interested in applying for this position, please forward a cover letter and resume in confidence to .
