What does a Help Desk Analyst do? You will be the first point of contact for our teams needing technical support. Youll: Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to Synergys standard software and hardware Provide helpful advice and insights to our teams to utilize technology more effectively Diagnose and assess technical concerns , resolving them quickly or directing them to the right team for further support. Help minimize downtime by efficiently prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests. Assist with learning and training , ensuring employees feel confident using the tools they need. This role is more than just fixing issuesits about being a trusted resource, helping our teams work efficiently, and ensuring a seamless technology experience. Youre great at Collaborating with team members and stakeholders. You are an exceptional communicator with the capability to present ideas in user-friendly language. This enables you to share information effectively and clearly. Your time management and organizational skills allow you to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently. What you bring: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology Diploma, or related field, with 1 - 3 three years of work experience. Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and devise innovative solutions. Adaptability and eagerness to learn innovative technologies and stay updated with the latest trends in the Microsoft ecosystem. Ability to work effectively in both team and independent project settings. Ability to research a wide range of computing issues as required. Highly initiative-taking and self-directed. Salary: $55,200 - $69,000 annually Location: Flexible; may work out of any of our current branch locations, with manager approval. A remote or hybrid remote option may be available for the right candidate. Travel: Minimal travel may be required for the purposes of training, or other Synergy related business. What do we offer?
