(Commerce Graduates would be preferred)Desired Skills:Good knowledge of Customer Service- Order to CashExcellent communication skillsAbility to comprehend, assess and analyse the customers issue and provide appropriate resolutionAbility to collaborate effectively with team members or other departmentsTechnical Skills:Working knowledge of SAP/ Oracle, Workflow tools, MS OfficeLanguage Proficiency: Excellent Canadian French & English- Writing/Listening/Speaking Shift Time: Monday Friday (Flexible between 7:00 AM EST to 7:30 PM EST)Roles and Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions (telephonic / electronic)Maintain quality of customer interaction through empathic listening, comprehension, accurate analysis of the customers need and providing resolutions within defined timelinesCoordinate and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes per agreed timelinesEnsure all service requests are handled in accordance to agreed metrics
