Job Title

We are seeking an experienced BizTalk Developer to support its Advance Program , modernizing clinical workflows across 12 acute care sites using MEDITECH Expanse . This is a high-impact healthcare integration project involving over 50 downstream systems and requires deep expertise in BizTalk , HL7v2 , and .NET development . Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy BizTalk interfaces between MEDITECH Expanse and ancillary systems. Analyze vendor specifications and system requirements. Collaborate with Integration Project Leads, architects, and QA teams. Create technical documentation and knowledge transition plans. Ensure alignment with Fraser Health DevOps processes and development standards. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016 preferred) Strong hands-on expertise in HL7v2 Proficiency in .NET 4.6 , C# , SQL Server (2016) , and Visual Studio 2015 Experience in large healthcare integration projects Familiarity with Azure DevOps (on-prem) and SDLC Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have: Experience working at Fraser Health or similar health authorities Knowledge of FHIR , RESTful APIs Previous experience in Meditech Expanse integrations About Techiosoft Techiosoft is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
