LeverageTek is actively seeking an SAP Business Analyst for an upcoming 9-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Key Tasks Conduct workshops with business users to document current ECC 6.0 processes and identify improvement opportunities in S/4HANA Define functional and technical requirements for the migration Map existing business processes to S/4HANA best practices Identify and resolve process gaps between ECC and S/4HANA Work with technical teams to configure SAP modules in S/4HANA Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) to validate functionality Assist in data extraction, cleansing, and validation for migration to S/4HANA Ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and consultants Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration issues Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in S/4HANA Key Qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 1 full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA migration Strong expertise in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and integration points SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred but not required) Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Business Analyst experience supporting migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements Experience analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending best practices to optimize the new system Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Assets SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred but not required) About LeverageTek Staffing Solutions Thank you for taking the time to apply!
