We are seeking an HR Business Analyst, to work remotely for our Western Canadian based client *ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN CANADA will be considered , Must be able to work MT/CT hours Term: 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES: -Review, understand, and document client HR policies, processes, and practices - Consider applicable provincial employment legislation (BC, AB, SK, MB, Federal) and recommend changes to policies and practices to ensure compliance and alignment across the organization. - Responsible to work in tandem between the data conversion program team and the internal clients to gather, validate and deliver required data for conversion purposes such as employee core data, vacation, sick and banked time balances, and payroll data (current and YTD) through all cycles of data conversion. - Work with the program team to ensure all workstreams have the data they require, and the requirements are clearly and well documented. QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 to 5 years as an HR Business Analyst -experience in requirements and data gathering -experience with Canadian payroll - Solid working experience with Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal/customer service skills - Very good organizational/time management/prioritizing skills DESIRABLE/ASSETS: - Experience with HR, Payroll and/or Time and Attendance experience - Experience with UKG Kronos and/or Oracle HCM
