What youll be working on Identifies creative ways to deliver high impact key messages to target audiences Leads and manages assigned projects that would include overall project management, timelines, milestone deliverables and developing any relevant communication materials Develops and implements digital marketing strategies that meet the needs of target consumers and strategic partners and optimizes sales growth and profitability of the business Partners with internal and external resources to create, manage and implement digital marketing strategies that improve consideration, raise awareness, build the Brand, champions innovation and increases visibility of Empire Lifes products and tools to support divisional goals and objectives Develops, executes, and measures effectiveness of marketing campaigns deployed through various marketing channels (including email, social media and digital advertising) and implements a test, learn, and optimize approach to ensure alignment with Retail sales and profitability goals Provide CX recommendations for new platform feature developments for advisor and customer projects to drive growth through adoption & optimization Develop marketing content to support new digital tool feature releases and enhancements to both advisors and customers to include email marketing, social media, advertising, videos, and other collateral pieces Work with web development teams to guide and prioritize digital initiatives including tool updates and feature enhancements Execute on the Digital Solutions roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders Assist in the planning, scoping, and implementation of Marketing Automation initiatives via HubSpot, including initiative flows, and develop communications and content to support automation efforts Be involved in gathering and reporting on VOC Customer Feedback where needed on projects or initiatives Provide sales support by implementing and promoting advisor webinars, email campaigns and advertising campaigns Develop and lead process improvement initiatives that focus on digital transformation Creation of marketing briefs to identify marketing strategies, tactics, and rationale for Retail Digital initiatives as well as the metrics that will be used to determine their effectiveness Ensure our new brand value proposition and key messages are consistent and resonate with the target audience Utilize fact finding methodologies to gather industry, market, competitor, distribution channel and client research to understand the customer and develop targeted marketing communication tactics Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to ensure input on the development of consistent and compelling marketing programs Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns; assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to optimize marketing strategies What were looking for you to have University Degree in marketing or related field Min 3+ years work experience in a marketing manager role ideally in financial services or insurance industry Demonstrated experience in content development and strategic execution for a variety of media and channels, including email, web, and PowerPoint Strategic thinking with a skill for identifying problems, developing solutions, researching benchmarks, providing a data-driven recommendation, and implementing and measuring success of said solution Knowledge and/or experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Hootsuite, etc...) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics) Preferred experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, social analytics, and web/data analytics Knowledge and experience conducting surveys, summarizing results, and providing recommendations ideally using Qualtrics or similar survey platforms Experience with execution of search engine marketing (SEM) and digital advertising, including Paid Search and Display advertising. Knowledge of Canadian insurance and investment products and their use with advisors and customers would be an asset Demonstrated ability to write persuasive on-brand copy for both B2B and B2C audiences Strong project management skills Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software Experience building a marketing brief and marketing plans Well-developed creativity, innovation, and strong copywriting skills Well-developed communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills Strong problem solving and strategic thinking Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, works well in team environment Strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects Get to know us Empire life is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
