About the Role: As a Call Center Specialist (Patient Care), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving growth at our clinic. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to a high volume of inbound patient calls, providing detailed information about our clinics, products and services in a timely manner Educating patients on the benefits and features of our medical solutions Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services Managing order processing and resolving patient concerns during phone calls, with an emphasis on efficient and empathetic customer service. Handling patient inquiries effectively while maintaining call center performance metrics (call volume, response times, etc. Managing and documenting patient interactions within our CRM system About You: Were looking for proactive, confident team members who are driven by passion for exceptional patient care.
