Production Manager The Production Manager plays a vital leadership role within Amir Group of Companies, overseeing daily operations in our chicken processing facilities to ensure production efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards. Develop and implement production plans, aligning with business goals and customer demands. Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor production schedules and workflows to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including HACCP and food safety standards. Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Address and resolve production-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, quality control measures, and inventory usage. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety within the production department. Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management. Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar leadership role in a food processing or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees. Knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. Understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and workplace safety standards. Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. Proficiency in production management software and inventory control systems. Bachelors degree in Management, Operations, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in production management within the food processing industry, preferably in poultry or meat. ~ Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution processes. ~ Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (Business Central or similar). Demonstrates ownership of tasks and effective time management.
