Key Responsibilities: Forecast & Data Analysis: Analyze customer-generated forecasts, reconcile with historical data (shipments and sales), and create reports. Create or enhance tools/documents, update sales reports, and influence customer order patterns for sales forecasting. Retrieve data from customer portals, identify trends, and communicate findings. Present data in user-friendly formats (graphs, charts, tables) and support report conclusions. Influence customer buying patterns to ensure optimal inventory levels and store-level execution. Sales Support: Support the National Accounts sales team to achieve sales and profit goals through sales-out reporting, ongoing retail analysis, and gathering customer and competitor intelligence. Inventory & Replenishment: Collaborate with customers to assess inventory status, replenishment needs, and historical trends. Understand customer scorecard & KPI metrics and their impact on near- and long-term demand to the sales team. Sales & Operations Planning Support: Assist the customer team during Sales & Operating Planning and Business Planning processes, including data transfer into templates. Pricing Data Management: Monitor, update, and communicate customer pricing data, including trade grids as required. Reporting & Insights: Develop and present weekly reports on POS, trade stock, and promotional activities to provide insights for business decision-making. Vendor Support Programs: Assist with promotional management, ensuring accurate allocation of promotional funding and reconciling spend versus projections. Administrative Support: Assist NSM members with administrative aspects of retailer relationships, including, but not limited to: new product line forms, allocation reviews, promotion templates, and vendor support monitoring. Promo Activity Insights: Consolidate weekly retail customer and competitor flyer activity, providing insights on promotional efforts. POS Data Integrity: Upload POS data and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Requests: Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required. Open Order Reporting: Support major accounts with customized open order reporting and analysis. Market Insights & Forecasting: Develop consumer and category insights to drive actionable plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and demand planning teams to support sales strategy, forecasting, promotional insights, and assortment reviews. Sales Support: Act as backup support and liaison to customer replenishment analysts with category inventory inquiries and liaise with internal teams (CS, Product Marketing, Logistics) to address customer concerns. Tools & Processes: Utilize CRM, Oracle, Excel, and Vendor Portals (CTC - Vendor Gateway & PDX / Walmart Canada, Retail Link, THD - Vendor Hub) daily to monitor and streamline processes. Qualifications: Education: University Degree (Business preferred). Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience; the ability to understand business modeling is critical. Knowledge in retail supply chain is considered an asset.; Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced spreadsheet modeling Knowledge of CRM, Oracle, and vendor portals (Retail Link, SupplierHub, Vendor Gateway/PDX) is a plus.
