Our client, a well-established manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their thriving operations. What Youll Do: Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selections. Partner with hiring managers to craft tailored job descriptions and meet staffing needs. Conduct pre-employment screenings and facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation. Assist with accurate and timely bi-weekly/monthly payroll processing as a Payroll backup. Handle calculations for wages, deductions, and benefits contributions. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and payroll. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and address concerns as needed. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare and submit key reports, including payroll summaries and audits. Support the coordination of training sessions and employee development programs. Contribute to performance management initiatives, including evaluations and goal-setting. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions. Liaise with providers to resolve issues and maintain accurate processing. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll (manufacturing experience is a bonus). Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar). Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
