The Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for executing software implementation projects, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. The role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs, performing system configurations, and ensuring a smooth transition to Akitu One.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for the clinic, collecting feedback, addressing concerns, and coordinating with product teams for continuous improvement.Oversee the secure migration of data from legacy systems and ensure seamless integration with existing hardware and third-party tools like imaging or billing software.Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting during the initial implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.Guide dental clinics through the onboarding process, including software installation, configuration, and comprehensive user training for staff.Analyze the clinics existing workflows and customize the software setup to align with operational needs, ensuring maximum efficiency and usability.QualificationsSoftware Implementation and Technical Support skillsAnalytical skills for understanding and solving complex problemsStrong Communication skills for client interactionsTroubleshooting skills for resolving technical issuesExperience in project management is a plusWork EnvironmentThis is a fully remote positionWorking outside of regular business hours (evenings and weekends) will be required
