Now HiringCNC & Welding Fabrication Shop Foreman-Production Manager Metal Parts Manufacturing -Precision Custom FabricationLocation: Mississauga - Brampton ONBase Salary: 120K 140K base benefits5 days a week on SiteDay shiftMonday -FridayMinimum Experience Required (MUST have) :Management / leadership experince in custom metal fabrication under Canadian Health & Safety Requirements MUST be close to 10 yearsOur client is a leading manufacturer of precision custom-built machine parts / custom fabrication and have a job open for CNC & Welding Fabrication Shop Foreman for the day shift for their manufacturing plant in their Mississauga - Brampton ON area. Experience supervising / managing precision parts for machine manufacturing within CNC Lathe Machining welding and similar is a MUST have.CNC & Welding Fabrication Shop Foreman is fully responsible for giving leadership to the plant shop floor -CNC Lathe, Cutting , bending welding within this custom fabrication plant and be responsible for Production Planning, Production scheduling , Material Planning and supervising processes in CNC, Lathe, Cutting, Bending, Welding and similar. You will be responsible for labour scheduling, safety, performance management, coaching and mentoring. You will oversee the shift budget ensure production planning, material planning, production scheduling, shipping receiving. You will work along Plant Engineering Process Improvement for any Continuous Improvement lean initiatives.CNC & Welding Fabrication Shop Foreman will ideally have a degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and a minimum of 12-15 years leadership experience as production manager foreman within Canadian Health & Safety requirements within CNC, welding environment. CNC (MUST have ) Hands-on welding experience / experienced welder (MIG TIG ) with leadership / management/ team lead experience highly preferred.Qualified applicants already in the Mississauga -Brampton area or willing to relocate to the area on their own expense ( candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada ) ON area are invited to forward their resumes in MS Word format to .
