We're committed to nurturing talent and providing growth opportunities in a dynamic environment where innovation shapes the future of nutritional health.Purpose of the Position:Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees HR functions for North America and provides leadership in the development of people strategies that align with business strategies, to ensure organizational goals and objectives can be met. Some of the key areas of focus including talent management, succession planning, organizational and performance management, training and development and compensation. The role acts as a business partner and is involved in various strategic planning and initiatives within the organization.Responsibilities & Expectations:Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.Leads all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics across the organization.Oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, payroll and professional development.Serves as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on key organizational and management issues.Provides coaching, guidance and leadership to people leaders on various personnel challenges.Ensures legal compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.Fosters a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.Manages compensation and benefits planning and administration.Oversees HR budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.Provides leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the HR team.Utilizes HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Supports cross functional projects and initiatives as required.Desired Qualifications:A bachelors degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience. An MBA or CPHR designation is an asset.Minimum 10 years of experience working within a related field, with a preference for experience working within the food manufacturing industry.
