We seek a hands-on and experienced Rotary Die Cut Supervisor to join our high-performing manufacturing team in Cornwal, ON. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the corrugated packaging industry, excellent leadership skills, and deep knowledge of flexo printing and die-cutting operations. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations of the Rotary Ward 1500 66x113, 3-Color Die CutterLead and mentor a team of operators and assistants to meet safety, quality, and production goalsEnsure machine setup, operation, and maintenance are performed to standardIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce downtimeMonitor production metrics and maintain accurate records of performance and maintenanceCollaborate with other departments to align on schedules and workflowConduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to customer specificationsPromote and enforce health and safety standards across the team Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the corrugated industry, including 2+ years in a supervisory roleHands-on experience operating Rotary Die Cutters (preferably Ward 1500)Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Flexo Folder Gluer equipment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredForklift license (or willingness to obtain)
