This high-impact leadership role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy, strengthen compliance, and influence key business decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Were looking for an experienced finance professional with proven expertise in manufacturing and cost accounting, who is ready to take ownership and become a trusted advisor at the executive level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, AP/AR, payroll, and internal controlsDevelop and oversee cost accounting systems and inventory valuation to support operational and strategic decisionsDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and efficiencyManage and improve cash flow forecasting, working capital, and financial planning modelsLead compliance with all relevant tax, audit, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with plant managers and department leads to align financials with business goalsPresent financial results and insights to senior leadership; support strategic planning initiativesMentor and manage a small finance/accounting team, fostering growth and accountabilityLead and support ERP and process improvement initiatives within the finance functionQualifications & ExperienceCPA designation required (CA, CMA, or CGA)Minimum 710 years of progressive accounting experienceAt least 35 years in a Senior Controller or Finance Leadership role within a manufacturing environmentAdvanced knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and plant operationsProficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel/data analysis skillsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in mid-sized or privately owned manufacturing companies is a plusWhy This Role Stands OutBe a key contributor to strategy and operationsnot just the numbersWork closely with an executive team that values your insight and leadershipJoin a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing organization with a collaborative cultureInterested?
