Job Description

Reporting to the District Manager, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (15-25 employees) while ensuring the delivery of quality food and guest satisfaction. The RGM is accountable for maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards, implementing all corporate policies and procedures, ensuring training and development of management and crew, and achieving desired restaurant outcomes as directed by the business or as assigned by management. Restaurant General Manager - QSR Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction. Motivates and directs team members to provide an exceptional customer experience Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others. Provides coaching and feedback to the restaurant team. Ensures preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed by company standards. Assumes full responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies and following cash control/security procedures. Maintains inventory, manages labor, and analyzes financial reports to enhance restaurant results. Enforces compliance with government regulations, Redberry policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations. Leads the restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prompt and regular attendance for shifts, meetings, and training. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred. 2-4 years of restaurant management experience. Complete all internal certification programs. An RGM may be required to travel to other locations to perform different duties, training, replace existing RGM during vacation, pick up stock, travel to the bank daily Must have a valid driver''s license. Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and organize own and others work time to meet deadlines and objectives Must be Able to travel to the USA - a valid Passport is required Skills: Demonstrates English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension. Demonstrates strong math and Windows-based computer literacy. Demonstrates leadership and development skills. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. Prioritizes and organizes own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives. Identifies and solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
