We have a unique and efficient system in place and need dedicated store managers to help us achieve our growth goals.Responsibilities:Overseeing the general operation of the Freshslice Location assigned to you and act like owner operator. Following Freshslice manuals, guidelines and forms. Maintaining the Freshslice quality and standard in both Food Quality and Customer Services.Hiring, training, and supervising employees. Ensure employees are trained, passed their tests and follow the Freshslice guidelines. Retrain and supervise if needed.Running food/paper/chemical cost at 40% and labour cost at 23% as per existing Freshslice guidelines (+/- 2%).Ensure Freshslice is promoted in all the schools within 5 Km for pizza day event. Ensure Freshslice is promoted in all the government public organization, private companies and local events & push location average sales up.Resolve any sign issue, equipment issue and operational issue with help of Head Office and other technicians.Requirements:Experience of working in and managing a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in EnglishWork minimum 40 hours/week and be committed to the operational and training systemAct as an Entrepreneur and take leadership in the storePreferably live within 30 minutes from the restaurantLocation: 115 - 3866 Bayview Street, 115, Richmond BC V7E 3B6 Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 annuallyAdditional Pay: Bonus and commission opportunitiesBenefits: Dental, extended health care, paid time off, and vision careSchedule: 8-hour shifts (morning, day, evening, night) and weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications:Secondary school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of restaurant management experience, ideally in a pizza restaurant.Take the next step in your career with Freshslice and help us shape the future of Canadas fastest-growing pizza brand!Apply today to join our Richmond team as a Store Manager!
