Mira Media is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our innovative and fast growing team! We are a female-owned, Halifax-based paid media agency thats revolutionizing the traditional media planning model by blending media planning with performance marketing. Were committed to helping our clients grow while fostering an entrepreneurial, detail-driven, and independent-thinking culture within our fully remote team.About the Role:As a Senior Paid Media Strategist, you will support clients from onboarding through to execution. Youll be responsible for developing effective and dynamic omni-channel paid media strategies for clients with their goals at the forefront. Youll be the captain of these client accounts, leading the day to day client communications, project management, quality assurance and performance of the account.Your responsibilities will include:Client onboardingPaid media strategy developmentVendor communication and negotiationsClient communication and relationship managementProject managementQuality assurance of execution, reporting etc.Regular campaign optimizationsMonitoring and managing campaign budgetsStaying up to date on the latest paid media newsMonthly reporting meetingsConversion trackingWhat Were Looking For:You should only apply for this role if you:Have 5-8 years of experience in paid media managementHave agency experienceAre a client-whisperer and can command a roomAre highly organized and detail-obsessedThrive in a fully remote, dynamic environmentTake initiative and are proactiveAre skilled within Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & others.Can confidently analyze performance metrics and present recommendations for improvementCan manage upSeek career growth and new challengesAre an independent thinker with a strong work ethicWhat We Offer:At Mira Media, we not only aim to be an outstanding agency for our clients, but also an incredible place to work.
