The Associate Merchant manages the day-to-day functions associated with all aspects of the 3rd Party & Prepaid gift card program and the relationship with the gift card distributor partner.What you will do as an Associate Merchant: Responsible for the overall gift card program including profitability, growth, and its seamless execution across the organization. Be the program subject matter expert and drive Store & Customer satisfaction. Analyze & deliver reporting in a timely manner, as well as be able to communicate program results to Business Leadership Function as the main liaison both internal and external for the program. Develop & communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stores, as well as drive Colleague engagement on the program. Collaborate with Program Distributor on inventory allocation, fulfillment, and replenishment of gift cards, ensuring in stock position with focus on understanding seasonal influences. Oversee process for new brand launches, as well as manage planogram updates as needed. Assist in the ongoing review of industry trends & initiatives to better understand how the program can continue to be enhanced. Lead new item setup, testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring of sales.
