Our employees enjoy exciting careers in fabrication, modularization, field installation, and professional support services for some of world's most challenging heavy-oil facilities, gas plants, power stations and other industrial projects.Worley Canada Construction is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to work with our growing People team in Edmonton, AB.What we offer YOU:Hybrid work schedule.RRSP matching program of 5% from day oneFREE benefits from day one, including generous paramedical, health spending and wellness accountsGenerous paid vacation and sick timeWorking Conditions:Edmonton Hybrid Work from Home based schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Monday-Thursday 8.75 hours per day, Friday 5-hour day).Must have a reliable means of transportation.Responsibilities:Provide back up support in full cycle trades recruitment including sourcing and pre-screening resumes with prospective candidatesCollect and upload required certifications and training documentation relevant to each position into appropriate databaseInitiate mobilization process for recruited new hiresSupport and initiate the benefit program for hourly staffAddress and support employees with payroll inquiriesCommunicate mobilization logistics including project specific information to new hiresSupport the Apprenticeship program to ensure compliance with Apprenticeship Industry Training (AIT)Upload, monitor and answer questions regarding tickets uploaded to centralized support centreInitiate change of engagement and demobilization forms etc as necessary and liaise with appropriate site coordinators. Provide onboarding support as requiredCreate employment verification lettersComplete various reports including diversity and inclusion reporting, employee recognition program reporting and alcohol and drug testing account reconciliationProvide administrative support to HR and recruitment teams as requiredQualifications:A minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting Recruitment or HR functionsHuman Resources experience working within an industrial construction environment preferred but not requiredCertificate, diploma or degree accreditation in Business or Human Resources is preferredProven competency in MS Office suite of toolsFamiliarity with applicant tracking and HR systemsAbility to appropriately handle high volume of mobilizations for field projects and work in a fast paced environmentInterpersonal skills establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal and writtenCustomer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externallyAttention to detail, accuracy and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely mannerWorley Canada Construction strives to be an industry leader in health, safety and environmental performance.
